Representative Experience: I have represented buyers and sellers of real estate, small businesses and mortgage lenders in business affairs and transactions and in state and federal courts.  I have also worked in the designated counsel program for both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Professional/Community Activities: Admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1993 and the New York State Bar in 1999. Admitted to practice in the US Bankruptcy Court, Western District, NY, and Eastern District, NC.  Approved Instructor, NC Real Estate Commission, 1998.  Member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Cumberland County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.
